Stephen L. Paquette is president of the Stark Development Board, where he has served in this capacity since 1990. A graduate of the University of Arizona and the Industrial Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma, he holds a BS degree in Business, majoring in Area Development. Steve has been employed in the field of economic development for more than 28 years. He is a member of IDRC and CUED.
