Richard Sherer
Richard Sherer is the sales manager for Whitacre-Greer Fireproofing, a company that supplies clay pavers throughout the Midwest. Rick earned a B.A. in Economics from Mount Union College in 1967 and has done postgraduate work at Mount Union College and the University of Akron. Active in the Stark County community, Rick is currently serving in following capacities:
- Chairman, Leadership Stark County
- Board Member, Alliance Area Chamber of Commerce
- Community Forum Co-Chairman, Business and Economic Building Block
- Canton Rotary Club, Attendance and Classification Committees
- Member, Community Task Force on Welfare Reform
- Treasurer, Stark County Port Authority
